Welcome, welcome to my first blog piece!

First, I would like to begin with a massive thanks to my students and to those who follow me on Instagram and YouTube. It’s so great to see all of your support and it means so much that what I put out there in the world is helping people to feel more positive, loving and compassionate.

I started my journey of Yoga to help myself learn more about my body, mind and soul. - To find out, who am I? What is the pain I carry? What is the joy I carry? How can I live my life to the best, in the most loving and compassionate way?

Like many of us, I have had my struggles and of course, still to this day, have struggles and hardships - But these come with a huge silver lining! I am a teacher and everything I learn, I love to share, with the hope that it’ll help someone else. - This is my jam folks..

So this is what this blog is going to be all about, every little bit of information I have crammed into my little noggin over the years is going to be shared with you all. Believe me, when I say, it’s a lot too!

I love to learn, I love to explore all day long with questions; What? Why? How? The more I learn, the more free I become within my body and soul.

My mission is to help us all learn more and more about ourselves, so that we can run (at high speeds) onto the path of freedom and liberation.
