Welcome! I am Natalie and I am a 200 hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher, living and growing spiritually in the East side of London, Hackney.
I started teaching Yoga because of the profound effects it has had on my own life as well as seeing the effect it had on friends and family around me.
I hold a strong belief that Yoga is one of the many pathways to a healthier and more conscious life, helping us to reduce stress, emotional turmoil and confusion. Fighting illness and leading to radiant health. I believe Yoga really lights the pathway to our higher and more conscious self - This means living a longer, more vibrant and happier life. :)
Teaching specifically Hatha Yoga, 'The Yoga of fullness', my classes are playful, nourishing and strengthening for the mind, body and soul. Each class will always include a variety of Yogic practices such as breath work, meditation, affirmations and mantras as well as the traditional flows, sun salutations and cleansing techniques. These classes will also work on your flexibility, build strength in your muscles and look after your digestive health.
So whatever your Yoga goals are, you’ll be able to find them in each class that you take part in.
Practising Yoga is such a rewarding adventure. It is the start of truely understanding your unique self, so that you can gain control and live your life exactly how you’d like to.
